At Soul Notes, we make every effort to maintain customer satisfaction. You are either selecting a one-of-a-kind fine silver item or a sterling silver item customed to fit your affirmation kit of choice. Please note that the stones on your piece will not match the pictures identically since each piece has hand selected stones which vary in size and color. If you have received a product that is defective, we will gladly repair it or exchange it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 10 days for a full refund (shipping is not included). Please email us at iamsoulnotes@yahoo.com.

At Soul Notes, we carefully examine each item before it is shipped. If you receive an item that is defective, we will determine whether or not is was due to negligence on our part. We also advise that you do not wear your vessel to bed. Instead, make it a practice to remove it, hold it to your heart and state your affirmation out loud before you go to sleep.
